$10K Quickfire: Three teams had 40 minutes to do the following:
1. Peel & butterfly two pounds of shrimp
2. Shuck some corn
3. Make a pound of pure Fettuccine
4. Make a dish w/ the remaining time after making the pasta

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE #11: While in the same pairings they were for the Quickfire, they now had to compete against their teammates in cooking for a 200-person Healthy Choice block party at the Pearl Brewery. The most popular dish in each round was eligible for a chance to win that chef $15K.
