Final Quickfire: While in Vancouver Chinatown, each of the three remaining hopefuls have to cook an Asian-inspired dish w/ one of three former "Top Chef: Masters" participants in 40 minutes (each team's members will take turns cooking every 10 min.):

Only this season's chefs are eligible to win the $20K that's at stake for the one on the winning team.

Sarah & Floyd: Pan-seared cod w/ coconut curry & crab salad w/ Clementine & Amaranth
Paul & Takashi: Mirgai Sashimi w/ Yuzu Dashi, fried white fish, scallions & chili

LAST ELIMINATION CHALLENGE: Make one dish & cocktail for a "fire & ice" party (so they require hot & cold elements) w/ 150 diners. The winner this time is awarded a bonus trip to Costa Rica courtesy of Green Mountain Coffee.
