-While opening for Brad Paisley, Scotty McCreery fell off the stage while fittingly performing Travis Tritt's version of "T-R-O-U-B-L-E" by Elvis Presley. He was not injured. 
-Jordin Sparks plays the title role of "Sparkle", which premieres in theaters this Friday; it also features Cee-Lo Green as Black & Whitney Houston as Emma (her final film appearance before her death).
-Original "Let's Make a Deal" music composer Ivan Detmars also composed the music to the animated series "Roger Ramjet".
-Meredith Viera was on "Late Night with Jimmy Fallon" last night playing "Catchphrase" (no, not the TV GS). The 11th syndicated season of "Millionaire" premieres on Labor Day.
-Jeff Foxworthy will appear on "The Tonight Show with Jay Leno" on Monday.
-Chad Johnson's wife has filed for divorce.
-"Wipeout" will be airing at 8 PM EST for three out of the next four weeks (including this week); it's still scheduled to air at 9 PM next week.
-"Top Chef: The Cruise" will take place on a Celebrity Cruise to the Caribbean from April 11-15 & will be hosted by Tom Colicchio & Gail Simmons.
-The segment "Uniform Numbers with Bill Scheft", declared as a fake Jack Barry-Dan Enright production & hosted by Alan Kalter, was used last night on "Late Show with David Letterman"; the theme was Olympians & was sponsored by Ford. 
-The pocket-sized items "Let's Make a Deal" is looking for tomorrow redeemable for $500 are a pacifier & plastic Army man. Also, at the end of his segment of "The Comedy Central Roast of Roseanne", Wayne compared himself to Carlton ("Catch 21" host Alfonso Ribeiro).
