"Hell's Kitchen" 8/27/12

Challenge #16: Inside Bristol Farms, they have $15 & 10 minutes to go shopping & then cook a dish in a half-hour. The chef's dish w/ the highest profit wins.

Dishes:

Justin: Colossal shrimp w/ white beans, jalapeno, mango & corn
Christina: Swordfish shrimp w/ tomatoes, saffron rice & garlic
Dana: Halibut w/ grapefruit, tangerine, garlic & olives
Barbie: Pork chop garlic sausage w/ parsnips, potatoes, sweet onion, cabbage & mustard

PRICES:

Justin: 29/32/24 = $28.33
Barbie: 33/34/32 = $33
Dana: 38/32/32 = $34
Christina: 34/35/32 = $33.67

Dana got to dine at MBP, where she also got some one-on-one cooking lessons from David. The other three contestants were forced to separate & sort out HK's trash to recycle.
