Truck Stop #5: The semi-final teams have to each buy three big beefy tomatoes from the West Side Market (which is turning 100 years old this year). They must then each use just one of the tomatoes in their dish.

Seoul Sausage: Cold tomato soup w/ corn crab relish & shoestring onion rings
Nonna's Kitchenette: Italian bread crumb Parmesan deep-fried beefsteak Ohio tomato w/ garlic aioli
