Per a random draw, Malcolm went to Tandang, while Denise was sent to Kalabaw.
First Standalone Reward Challenge: Each round, two castaways battled it out to knock their idol off their platform. The first tribe that won five rounds picked up a breakfast package.

IMMUNITY CHALLENGE #5: An obstacle course started w/ a ramp to a water pit, a hill & a rope net climb. Once they untied knots to release a drawbridge, one member per tribe had to chop a block of wood to release several bamboo puzzle pieces. Two more castaways per team then had to use the pieces w/ letters on them to spell out "LIVE TO PLAY ANOTHER DAY" & get the win for their group.
