Deborah: Spiral ham hash w/ sweet potatoes, onions, shallots & sweet potatoes
William: Kugel & ham fritters w/ flour, milk & eggs

William: Pan-roasted tenderloin w/ crab polenta, cream & basil
Rachel: Potato, melon & chestnut latke w/ tenderloin, onion, flour & smoked paprika
Kenneth: Surf & Turf w/ linguine, canned tomatoes & cumin- CHOPPED

DESSERT: Eggnog, panettone, pomegranate molasses & Hanukkah gelt

William: Eggnog ice cream w/ doughnuts, milk, sugar, eggs & cream
Rachel: Eggnog pudding w/ gelt, milk, eggs & chocolate (originally ice cream & chocolate chip cookies w/ eggs & chocolate)- GREAT CHANGE!
