Team Challenge #4: At the George Ingalls Equestrian Event Center in Norco, CA ("Horsetown USA"), two teams had to cook 101 steaks & two sides using the ingredients from their Walmart horse cart. The first squad that got 51 horseshoes (votes) from the cowboys/cowgirls won.

BT: Monti, Stacey, Dave & Christine

The team captains are then ordered to SWITCH TEAMS.

BT: NY Strip w/ Stacey's sweet & smoky BBQ sauce, garlic mashed potatoes & grilled corn on the cob

PRESSURE TEST #4: After much deliberation, Felix gets to sit this one out. The other three members of that team have to make the following kinds of eggs- soft-boiled, sunny-side-up (fried) & poached, leaving the other three eggs to be used in an omelet.
