Robyn: Oysters Rockerfeller (this was the clue that caused Bert Convy to blurt out the answer to a "Super Password" puzzle) w/ lime, garlic & Parmesan
Doug: Smoked OR w/ Jalapeno peppers
Timothy: OR w/ baguette, mascarpone & red/yellow peppers
Ernest: Queso Fundido w/ heavy cream & goat cheese

Entree R: Rabbit, eggplant, pineapple & puff pastry dough
Timothy: Sweet & savory compote w/ tomatoes, apples & cumin, plus a grilled rabbit tenderloin w/ cumin, salt & pepper
Doug: Grilled rabbit legs w/ cayenne, ginger & paprika (he burnt some puff pastry towards the end, though)
Ernest: Braised rabbit in adobo red sauce w/ ancho & guajillo chiles
