"The Biggest Loser: No Excuses"- Valentine's Day '12

Each trainer chose one teammate to go home w/ them for a week; however, they had to choose carefully, because only those selected players' weight-loss percentages counted at this week's Weigh-In. Also, the team who had the best on-ranch team percentage of the week earned a one-pound bonus for their designated player.

Main Challenge: Back on the beach, both teams needed to dig under three giant logs (including a dummy) before getting to the finish spot. The winners not only got a one-pound advantage, but letters from home courtesy of the U.S. Postal Service (who's doing a Heart Health program).

Emily sat out the challenge after Jeremy almost did.
