First Challenge: The three ladies are playing news reporters on satellite via green screen outside; 15 minutes are given to memorize a script. Each will be assigned a key special effect after selecting a golden envelope.

PENALIZED- Carla

Elimination Challenge ("Working the Room"): At the Geisha House owned by Ashton Kutcher, these women are each assigned a Hollywood VIP & have to serve Budweiser and ask as many questions to strangers as necessary to gain clues until they've found their VIP.

Carla has to serve glasses of that beer instead of it in red/white bottles.
