"Top Chef Masters" 9/5

Quickfire #6: Each chef has to separate eight eggs, two pounds of Parmesan down to the rind & portion five Filets that range from 7.5-8.5 ounces from a beef loin. The first two to complete that part both get to make a dish using those ingredients, while the other three chefs will serve as the judges for this challenge to determine who wins the $5K & immunity.

Finalists:
Takashi: Sauteed beef tenderloin w/ egg & provencal vegetables
Kerry: Beef Filet w/ Parmesan crust & wilted arugula

ELIMINATION CHALLENGE #7: The other four chefs will be cooking in 20-minute head-to-head matches inside The Cosmopolitan inside a boxing ring! Curtis plays the role of Michael Buffer.

MEN (bacon's the featured ingredient for the first two matches):
Chris: Cal-Mex bacon & eggs
Takashi: Bacon steak, mushrooms & figs w/ fennel salad
WINNER- Chris

WOMEN:
Patricia: BLT salad
Lorena: Potato & bacon soup w/ corn & bacon sofrito
WINNER- Lorena (she's shocked)

CHAMPIONSHIP ROUND (sugar's the featured ingredient):
Chris: Zabaione & Summer fruit
Lorena: Flourless chocolate cake w/ caramelized pineapple & dulce de leche sauce
$10K WINNER- Lorena (& a championship belt was strapped on her, which was a hybrid of a boxing belt & the WWE U.S. & World Heavyweight Championship ones)
 
ELIMINATION ROUND (chicken livers are the key ingredient):
Takashi: Chicken liver w/ Prosciutto & pickled red cabbage
Patricia: Warm asparagus salad w/ chicken liver & Prosciutto
