"The Biggest Loser: No Excuses" 1/17

Temptation Challenge: Both teams have five minutes to eat as much of the food on a Chinese buffet table (BTW, there are way more Chinese restaurants than McDonald's) as they want. The winner, if any, will get to make this week's Weigh-In match-ups (because it's Face-Off Week) & get a two-pound advantage they can keep entirely for him/herself or split it up. If no one eats or there's a tie, the contestants will be forced to mostly competing against their loved ones.

But Joe then decides to WITHDRAW from the program. Had he stayed in, he would've faced Nancy. As a result, the Red Team already has a one round to nothing head start in this week's W-I.

Main Challenge: Each team will pump water through a water wheel, over a 10-foot wall & down a chute before using it to melt their giant block of ice w/ their video messages from home inside.

The teams then decide to share the prize. Speaking of sharing other stuff, Cassandra decides to give a bonus pound to both Gail & Megan.
