"Hell's Kitchen" 6/11

Challenge #3: Both teams had to serve their side of a room an All-American menu to 60 new U.S. citizens first. The menu included a classic California Cobb Salad, Nebraska Beef Sliders, a thin NY-style pizza & a Wisconsin grilled cheese sandwich.
WINNERS- RT

Both teams took a local trip, but the BT had to do some hard labor at the Ballona Wetlands State Ecological Reserve. Meanwhile, the RT took a private jet to go on a San Diego safari. Also, Patrick (fish) vowed to lead the BT's kitchen.
  
Tiffany & Don were assigned as waiters for the week.

DINNER SERVICE #3 PROBLEM REPORT:

Dana (hot appetizers): Serving spaghetti more of like soup
Don: Spelling trouble while writing the meal tickets
Clemenza (meat): Hesitating to announce a time for at least one food & running short of Beef Wellingtons for the Marines (so he had to cook them a NY Strip Steak instead)
Barbie (desserts): Raw scallops
Briana (fish): Burnt cod (forcing Kimmie to re-cook it)
Kimmie (meat): Undercooked Wellingtons
Roshni: Initially leaving out dumplings for the Cod & undercooking them later- RT LOST W/ NO ENTREES SERVED

BEST OF THE BEST- Royce
BEST OF THE WORST- Christina (as of last season, though, the BotW NO LONGER nominates people for elimination)
ELIMINATED- Briana (after nominating herself; the other nominees were Barbie & Chef Ramsay-nominated Roshni)
